So many ideas, limited skills, and creative blocks

Whilst writing my project proposal and trying to bring my concept and ideas together, I’m finding it easy to get lost in the project. My main issue is the lack of skills, experience, and knowledge I need to realise my project. I’m very much still a beginner when it comes to coding and interaction design and I often feel overwhelmed. It’s very frustrating when you have an idea in your head but can’t or don’t know how to manifest the idea, technically. I’ve done a lot of research into Twine, which is an open-source tool used to create interactive, non-linear stories, using Twine seems like the best approach for me, as it’s easy to use and can be implemented with HTML, JS, and CSS, which are languages I feel somewhat confident with.
